Interpretations & Definitions

  • Company: Refers to Apsara Designs ("we," "us," or "our").
  • Goods: The handcrafted jewellery, apparel, or design products available for purchase on our website.
  • Order: A request to purchase Goods from Apsara Designs.
  • Website: www.apsaradesigns.com.
  • You: The individual or business entity placing an Order.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility:
  • Refunds are issued as credits to your Apsara Designs account purchase wallet unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
  • Full Orders Only: Partial returns are not accepted. All items from an Order must be returned together.
  1. Condition of Goods:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
  • Mandatory Box-Opening Video: To expedite processing, include a video unboxing the returned parcel. This helps verify the condition of Goods received.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Custom-made or personalized designs (clearly marked as "Final Sale" during purchase).
  • Goods damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • SKU/Price Tag has been removed from the Goods.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs. Contact us at ad.apsaradesigns@gmail.com for a prepaid label.
  • Other Reasons (e.g., change of mind): You bear return shipping fees. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. (Note – 25% will be deduct as service/billing charge of Apsara Designs on your total billing value)

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
  • Email ad.apsaradesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return authorization. Include your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Returns initiated after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  1. Ship Goods:
  • Send items to our facility (address provided upon return approval).
  • Note: We are not liable for Goods lost or damaged during return transit. Retain your shipping receipt for tracking.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Refunds (as credits) are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the Goods.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or design, return the original item and place a new Order.
