Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day; orders after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  1. Free Shipping:
  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. (May Different according to your Location)
  1. Dispatch Delays:
  • Rare delays may occur due to high demand, artisan craftsmanship timelines, or quality checks. We’ll notify you via email (support@apsaradesigns.com) if delays arise.

Delivery Policy

  1. Domestic Delivery:
  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • Delivery times vary based on location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days.
  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 days.
  1. International Shipping:
  • Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for global delivery updates!
  1. Tracking:
  • A tracking link will be emailed or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Use it to monitor your package in real-time.

Important Notes

  • Non-Working Days: Deliveries are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Indian public holidays.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping details at checkout. Apsara Designs is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Failed Deliveries: Unclaimed packages will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping fees may apply.
